- Continuous power should be there at party place to take the video shotting.
- The videographer is available for maximum 3 hours.
- The DVD will be delivered to client's address within 7 working days from the event date.
Terms of booking
Cancellations & refunds
In case of cancellation, refundable amount is calculated based on the following policies:
- Cancellation time before 0-24 hrs (refund - 0%), before 1-3 days (refund - 25%), before 4-10 days (refund - 50%), 11 days or above (refund - 70%).
- Refund percentage will be calculated on amount deposited.
100% refund in case of non-availability of your order, we will initiate complete refund of the total advance paid within 2 business days. Otherwise, your total party is on us. No questions asked.
